Quality Management System (QMS)

Quality permeates our whole business and guides each of our processes from beginning to end. We ensure the highest quality in every step of our processes through our two quality levels:

• A QMS based on Good Scientific Practice with Quality Manual, procedures covering samples, methods, reports, and all analytical documentation. The QMS also covers people/training, self-inspection, and control and maintenance of all equipment. Different checking levels of analytical records (technical, standard, complete) are selected according to client needs. Adjustments are possible in e.g. Quality Agreements.
• ISO 17025: Emmace is accredited by SWEDAC (national accreditation body for Sweden) according to ISO 17025:2017.
